Content-Redaktion & E-E-A-T
Content reworked for substance and language on a YMYL topic: clear, empathetic copy and a visible architecture of expertise and trust.
Über das Projekt
Care advice is a trust-sensitive YMYL topic — which is exactly why typos and long blocks of legalistic text undermine the very diligence people seeking advice are looking for. We reworked the content editorially: clear, empathetic language with technical depth where it belongs, rather than statutory text first; correct, current terminology (Medizinischer Dienst / MD, the German medical review board, instead of the outdated MDK); verified references to legislation and procedures; and a clear separation between statutory advice and private services. Qualifications that had been buried in body copy — 25+ years of nursing experience, registered nurse, nursing service manager, quality officer, mentor, first-aid instructor — were built out into visible trust signals, the foundation for E-E-A-T with an expert and author profile, transparent costs and a named contact.
