If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The data will be deleted after final processing of your inquiry, but at the latest after 6 months.
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.
Analytics and Third-Party Services
This website uses consent-based services (in particular Google Analytics and Google Ads). These are only loaded and only set cookies after you have given explicit consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG). Until you consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set, thanks to Google Consent Mode v2. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect via the cookie settings.
Google Analytics 4
Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (for users in the EEA; otherwise Google LLC, USA). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse the use of the website – including a truncated IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, time on page and referrer. The IP address is truncated before analysis (IP anonymisation). Transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). A data processing agreement has been concluded with Google. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG), which you can withdraw at any time.
Google Ads (Conversion Tracking & Remarketing)
Subject to your consent, we use Google Ads, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, including conversion tracking and, where applicable, remarketing. If you reach our website via a Google ad, a cookie may be set so that we can measure which ads lead to enquiries, downloads or bookings. Pseudonymous usage and interaction data is processed and transmitted to Google; transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by SCCs). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings and disable personalised advertising in your Google account settings.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
Subject to your consent, we use the Meta Pixel, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. It enables us to re-engage visitors to our website with advertising on Facebook and Instagram (remarketing) and to measure ad performance. Pseudonymous usage data (e.g. pages visited, device/browser information) is processed via cookies and transmitted to Meta; transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by Standard Contractual Clauses). A joint controllership agreement pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR is in place. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
Subject to your consent, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a service provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. It is used to re-engage visitors to our website with advertising on LinkedIn and to evaluate campaigns. Pseudonymous data (including URL, referrer, device/browser information, truncated IP address) is processed via cookies and transmitted to LinkedIn; transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by Standard Contractual Clauses). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings.
