Project overview

SW Business Solutions built a complete digital platform for Motorradcenter Stralsund GmbH (HPS Pitbike). At its heart is indoor pitbike training in Berlin — a year-round training facility for every skill level, using the professional APEX e-pitbike.

System architecture

The system builds on the same proven stack as MobiKart and was configured specifically for HPS Pitbike operations:

• NestJS backend: booking API, slot management, payment processing, scanner integration
• Admin dashboard: complete operational management, POS till, TSE/KassenSichV
• Public website: marketing, booking flow, news, gallery, FAQ, prices

What makes it different

• The APEX e-pitbike as training machine — electric, quiet, indoors all year round
• Spontaneous ad-hoc time windows (midnight rides from 22:00 to 00:00, for instance)
• Packages with time-window restrictions (the midnight ride is evenings only)
• Full GDPR compliance and a POS system that meets the German TSE requirement

HPS Pitbike training runs year-round in an indoor hall and needs a booking system flexible enough to model both regular opening hours and special events such as midnight rides (22:00–00:00). At the same time, every German fiscal requirement (TSE/KassenSichV, the cash register security regulation) had to be met for till operation.

SW Business Solutions adapted the proven MobiKart stack for HPS Pitbike:

• Slot generation from configurable opening hours and ad-hoc windows
• Midnight fix: the 22:00–00:00 window is interpreted correctly as the end of the day
• Package time windows: the midnight ride is bookable in the evening window only
• APEX e-pitbike configuration: sporadic tracks for irregular operating hours
